Jackpot247 is one of the longest-running online casinos, offering over 400 exciting games. From classics like blackjack and slots to live roulette broadcasts on ITV and Sky, the platform provides a diverse and thrilling gaming experience.
The Mission
As a creative digital designer, I teamed up with a talented crew of UI/UX, digital, and motion designers for a complete redesign of Jackpot247’s website. My role involved integrating new features and proposing design enhancements to improve user experience. Despite its strong TV presence and loyal fan base, Jackpot247 faced a digital visibility challenge. Limited Google search visibility called for a boost in brand presence. My objectives were to position Jackpot247 as an industry leader, drive sign-ups, and elevate brand visibility and site traffic.
Making It Happen
My design journey with Jackpot247 began with thorough research, using data from third-party tools. I focused on content marketing that aligned with the company’s guidelines, emphasizing high-quality content for better user engagement. In the branding phase, I combined market intelligence and creativity to craft digital campaigns that fostered engagement.
Working closely with the team, I identified Jackpot247’s unique selling points and effective communication channels. Together, we orchestrated strategic outreach to the target audience. For the UI/UX design, I prioritized simplicity and intuitiveness, streamlining the user experience for easy navigation. I organized each page to showcase essential information and highlight new promotions and games.
Leveraging my UI/UX expertise, I ensured a consistent user experience across the website, aligning it closely with computer download clients and smart-device apps.
The Result
Jackpot247 experienced significant increases in online sign-ups, non-branded organic traffic, and average session duration. This project not only enhanced Jackpot247's online visibility but also solidified its leadership in the competitive online casino industry.
