Introduction

Jackpot247 is one of the longest-running online casinos, offering an array of over 400 casino games, including classics like blackjack, slots, and the excitement of live roulette broadcasts on ITV and Sky.

My Role

As a creative digital designer, my collaboration extended across a diverse team of UI/UX, digital, and motion designers, both in the UK and abroad. I played a significant role in the comprehensive redesign of Jackpot247’s website, handling responsibilities that spanned integrating new features developed by the team and suggesting design improvements for enhanced visual consistency and a more user-friendly experience.

The Challenge

Despite its strong presence among its dedicated fan base and on TV, Jackpot247 faced a significant hurdle in the digital arena. The brand’s visibility on Google search results for key industry terms was limited, necessitating an augmentation of its overall brand presence. My primary objectives were to position Jackpot247 as an industry leader, drive an increased number of sign-ups, and boost brand visibility and site traffic.

Design Process

Research

Our journey began with comprehensive research, leveraging data from third-party tools. The focus was clear—content marketing aligned with the company’s guidelines and an emphasis on creating high-quality content to improve user engagement.

Branding

The strategy was a fusion of market intelligence and creativity, aiming to deliver digital campaigns that encouraged engagement. Collaborating with the team, I honed in on Jackpot247’s unique selling points, determined the most effective communication channels, and ensured strategic outreach to the right audience at the right time.

UI/UX Design

The design approach aimed for simplicity and intuitiveness, streamlining the user experience to facilitate easy navigation. Every section of the page was carefully organized to display essential information while showcasing new promotions and games. Applying my expertise in UI/UX design, I ensured the user experience for website guests was aligned as closely as possible with computer download clients and smart-device apps.

Conclusion

The results spoke volumes—Jackpot247 experienced a remarkable 74% increase in online sign-ups. Non-branded organic traffic surged by 179%, and average session duration witnessed a substantial 57% boost. This project not only elevated Jackpot247’s digital standing but also solidified its position as a leader in the online casino domain.
